Whether you're navigating developmental delays, picky eating, emotional dysregulation, or just want to build a stronger foundation for your child’s growth—we’re here to guide, support, and celebrate your journey.

Hey, I'm Nadya,
I’m a licensed occupational therapist (OTR/L) with over a decade of experience supporting children and families in New York, New Jersey, and Israel. I’m also a mom of two, so I understand how emotional and overwhelming it can be when your child is facing challenges—and how deeply you want to help them thrive.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Israel and a doctorate from Boston University. My approach is grounded in connection, respect, and practicality. I specialize in feeding therapy, sensory integration, emotional regulation, and helping families build daily routines that truly work. I also incorporate relationship-based models like DIR Floortime® to meet children where they are and support meaningful, lasting growth.
At Thrive Tribe OT, my goal is to empower you—not just during sessions, but in everyday life. Whether we’re working on trying new foods, navigating meltdowns, or building confidence through play, we’ll do it together—with empathy, humor, and heart.
